I went from being an average Bantam B1 hockey player to being the third leading scorer on my high school team the following season. Chase is a 15-year-old hockey and golf athlete who followed along with my 4 times a week strength and conditioning program. He came to me wanting to get bigger, stronger, and faster for the upcoming hockey season. Over the summer, he stayed consistent with the program and saw dramatic results. Chase accomplished all of his goals over the summer and even improved on every exercise test we conducted (except for vertical jump, which remained the exact same), proving he got bigger, stronger, and faster all within one summer of training.
